I would probably attempt to chase away the panda. Bears and wild animals are often intimidated by loud noises and the such. Just a note, killing an endangered animal like a giant panda would probably land you in jail, as well as a large fine.

Pandas are vegetarians and are unlikely to maul your dog. You might want to shift this to polar bears which are likely to be extremely endangered if this weather goes on.

depends where i live.
pandas are endangered species and if you shoot the panda in china you will get shot on the spot.
if you shoot the panda in india, we'll all cook it up and have a good feast

just cause they don't eat meat doesn't mean they cant be aggressive.
