I am not sure how and what you ask from God during prayer. Some idea's around praying is not to expect God to solve the anxiety, panic attack and attracting more positive people around you. Ask for direction and guidance around you solving the above problems. Listen to the first thought forming in your head, that will be your reply. Remember God walks beside you even when you don't feel him. Learn to enjoy your own company and be a ease with yourself. Re look at what is really important in life, for example for my me the most important is being true and accepting myself for who I am. Remember those friends in college who mix in groups may also feel as lonely as you do. What you have done so far has been a great step forward. Remember to start working on the inside and keep positive!

pray for disaster to happen to you. before you get mad at that, realize part of christianity is about example, and if people see how a christian responds under pain and suffering you might change someones life forever. I really hope you pray for that. i betcha you never thought you would had the thought of praying for that.
