Why do people use abortion as birth control, when there are so many other options out there? Are they just lazy, and or uneducated?

So, it's still okay to take another's life just because of a "loser dad"? How many of us wouldn't be here today if that were really the case??

BTW- rape and incest account for less than 4% of all abortions. The rest are ON DEMAND!!!

Yes, I would choose to "change it, feed it, etc..." because I choose to bring IT into this world! There is no arguement any of you can have, that will make your answers sound the least bit logical. BTW, if I had to CHOOSE between keeping my life, or my unborn baby's life, you'd better believe I'd take the SELFLESS route!!!!

They didn't think about that! And besides, Abortion is their Supreme Court given right. It's easy. But then, they don't see themselves as murderers either... I truly doubt this what either God or our founding fathers had in mind. You should either abstain or, use birth control at every conceivable moment! And, yes I COULD have it both ways! I'd turn this country into a TRUE capitalist society and do away with the slavery of welfare. It undermines the very nature of capitalism and competition. It enslaves people, taking away their dignity and their will to succeed. Why work when the government will pay you to sit at home and have more babies or abortions?

It doesn't matter what your view on abortion is. There will either be clean, safe, legal abortions, or illegal and unsafe abortions. Abortions will continue whether they are legal or not.
I personally would never get an abortion, but I will not tell a woman that she has to have a baby or put her in a situation where she had to get a "coat-hanger" abortion.
Pro-lifers should ask themselves: If you are pro-life, why force a viable human being (the mother) to undergo something that would kill her? You would be by banning legal abortion. Desperate women would still obtain illegal abortions.

Some people do use more than one type of protection and still get pregnant, it's not always from being uneducated. Also, sometimes women don't choose to have sex, in those cases you can hardly blame them for getting abortions, that's the only choice they were given.

Given the present litigation and liberal mentality in this country - that would be a whole new concept based on consequences for ones actions.

then you go ahead and feed it, change its dirty diapers for so many years of your life,
house it, worry about it getting beat up at school or shot at school,driving,cussing you out because she wants an abortion and you just do not understand at all. AMEN !

Hmmm, maybe the condom broke. Maybe the birth control failed. Birth control isnt 100% effective. Maybe she was raped, maybe having a baby would endanger her health. Maybe the loser dad bailed after he found out she was pregnant and she would have no way to support a child on her own....maybe you should mind your own business and worry about yourself. If you think abortion is wrong, don't get one- plain and simple.
BTW: Most of the women who choose abortion aren't exactly married with a stable home amd environment in which to raise a baby. Most of the women are poor or would have to get on welfare or medicaid, food stamps, etc. I'm sure you also complain about having to pay for their welfare and medicine. You can't have it both ways. Pro-lifers care about the life of a baby up until the time it is born. then you start complaining that your taxes have to help pay for it.
EDIT: Good luck taking the selfless route. Then both of you will die. That doesn't sound too logical does it?? Especially if you have other children already. You never did answer MY question. Are you one of those people who complain about welfare?? If so you should stop complaining. At least these women chose to keep their babies, right Amy!?

Humans will choose to avoid pain to have pleasure.
Lets be honest though it is not just a females decision to spread her legs that gets her pregnant the male not using a condom is also a contributing factor.
Both are just as guilty.

most don't care...it's a form of birth control..u would think with all the birth control out there, they would be smart enough to take it but y should they as long as someone is willing to KILL the baby who takes a breathe before most of us know we are expecting.. I don't care if it is rape (which I think people use as an excuse to keep from being sexually responsible) it is NOT that baby's faut... There are 2 many families wanting to adopt and they would be glad to have that "product of rape"..
