Some were hard shelled and were stuck to the reef,,layed flat no visible arms or legs..brown color.. some were big and pink spongy almost..would look lile a Klingon forhead if you put it up to your face..I want to at least have a name for them.. the strangest things.

It wasn't a horseshoe crab.. it was like oval and was like a snail on the undeside.. the shells were kind of like a flexible like the back of a lobster,, really stuck to the reef when alive...???

Maybe sea cumbers,it's hard to say with out seeing one,try a fisherman they will know good luck.
