The answer given above is correct. Let me explain the process :

Since angle A = 30 degrees, the angle B + angle C = 150 degrees.

So, for the triangle MBC, the angle B+angle C is 2/3 of 150 degrees, or 100 degrees. Hence, the angle M is 80 degrees.

Further, for the triangle TBC, the angle B + angle C = 1/3 of 150 degrees, or 50 degrees. Hence, angle T = 130 degrees.
