yes you can. Use a good tampon though. like tampax pearl (they are worth the money) But if you are swimming change you tampon frequently to avoid any germs getting trapped in your bathing suit. And use those wipe things so you wont leave anything to rub off on the suit.

As far as blood being seen, if the flow is overly heavy yes.

Yes,of course. But i'd advise wearing a tampon- ever seen a baby get in a pool with a regular diaper on? That's pretty much what will happen if you get in the water with a pad on.

You can swim, but you should wear a tampon. It will keep any blood from "flowing" into the water.

Swimming actually slows the blood flow so everyone concerned about it showing, you can breathe now. Please dont use a pad, tampons are nice.

yes u can swim. the clorine sometimes keeps my visitor from flowing for a couple hours. but i'm not sure if this happens w/ everyone

personally for you there is nothing wrong by swimming during periods if your energetic enough to do so. However your bleeding though may not be seen by others would definetly contaminate the water and hence it would be better if you avoid.

most times while in warm water you menstral cycle will slow down or stop. I wouldn't worry about swimming because it is great exercise
