I look for a lot of things in a woman. She has to have a pulse, be semi-conscious, and at least pass for legal age.

no. my wife likes a lot of the same music as me, we share the same viewpoints on almost everything, and we both would rather drive a truck, because we hate cars. my qualifications have never been as shallow as just "female"

No. She has to be sane, first of all. She also has to have a strong circle of friends (if she can't make friends, how is she going to be in a relationship?). She has to have her own career or at least the ambition to have one. She should be able to think beyond herself and be able to communicate intelligently.

there isn't really any rule about it that would apply to all guys. well it really depends on the guy. some may have that really low standard. some would go for blondes or redheads, asian or american, big or small.. it really depends!
