when i play pogo games and i want to see a persons profile a message comes up and says i must have a popup blocker how can i drop it when im on pogo

Go to your Tools bar, then go to Pop up blocker and turn it off....or maybe just hold ctrl when you click on the link, that overrides the pop up blocker.

For homestead windows IE equipment>information superhighway options>privateness>UNCHECK THE BLOCK POPUPS container. Yahoo Toolbar and browser click on the tab button and uncheck enable POPUP BLOCKER Google toolbar click the button and it turns off.
