Any difference PlayStation Collectors Edition games and the same game without "Collectors Editon?"?

Ex: PlayStation Collector's Edition CRASH BANDICOOT 3 WARPED. Why is it a Collector's Edition?

no,the collectors edition just costs more

Yes and No most collecters aditions come with a seperate disc regarding more info on a new game release and a few hints and tips and a shiny box hehe as for gameplay it is the same game hope i helped :)
