Can we get them without being enrolled in a 4-year?
Meaning, if I chose to live in a 4-year university student apartment, would they accept me if I wasn't in a four-year?

Most community colleges do not have student housing. You need to check with the community college that you wish to attend to see if they have any. Normally they do not because the people who attend them are expected to be from that community.

Good Luck!!!

I'm confused by your question. Most community colleges don't have any on-campus student housing, but a few large ones do. If there's an apartment complex that is sponsored by a 4-year university that you want to get into while you are a community college student, you'll have to check with that particular apartment, but I would guess that your chances aren't that good - all the apartments are probably reserved for the university's students.

Most student housing is managed by the college or university assoicated with the buildings. I don't know where you live but in the Chicago area, there are several student housing that is associated with more than one school. Meaning: some apartment buildings excepts students from a 3 different schools (Columbia, The Art Institute, and ?)
