It's an older movie probably from the 90's. I saw it when i was little. All i remember is that there is a guy that like, drinks something or whatever and he becomes a woman. But it wears off after a while and he has to do it again. Then his woman personality is very seductive, and she tries to take over his body. I think theres a fire or something and he almost dies. But that is all i remember, i have no idea what the movie is... does anyone know what it could be?

also, i think the woman, she is in an office room or something, and they're at a desk. she rubs her foot on the businessman's crotch across from her and he gets all turned on. i think thats from the same movie.

And I was going to tell you the movie was TransAmerica, but that didn't come out in the 90's...although a real woman played the role. And the only thing the guy took was hormone pills...no potions.
Update:
Your last post makes me think of a movie where a woman and man were out eating and the woman took her foot and rubbed it in the man's crotch. There were two movies like that that I've seen. One was Boomerang and I think the other was Bedazzaled or something similar to it.
