Hydrogen: linear
Carbon Dioxide: linear
Boron Trihydride: Trigonal Planar (Can't be trigonal pyramidal because Boron only has three valence electrons. Boron uses each valence electron to form a bond with one of the hyrdogens, so there are no valence electrons left over to form a lone electron pair in addition to the three bonded pairs. There would have to be three bonded pairs and one lone pair for the geometry to be trigonal pyrimidal.)
