No. If your vagina is swollen and has a white discharge, you most likely have a yeast infection. See your ob/gyn or doctor right away. If you do not have insurance, you can buy medication for yeast infections over the counter. However, it is better to see a doctor in case you have an STD.

The "white stuff" you speak of could be just normal discharge, if it has no pungent smell, or thick texture. If you have a fishy odor then it is bacterial vaginosis. or trichomoniasis. A thick discharge, white, with curds looking like cottage cheese is a yeast infection. See your doctor for a annual check-up to make sure everything is alright "down there". Best Wishes!

Okay, the bit you pee out of, and your vagina are very close together, so it may seem like you pee comes out of your vagina, but it doesn't. Your vagina is the bigger hole down there (you could fit your finger in there), your urethra (the bit you pee out of) is _much_ smaller (couldn't fit a finger). If the bigger hole has white stuff around it, then it could be normal vaginal discharge (can be clear or whitish and slimy), or you may have a yeast infection, especially if you are at all itchy down there. It would be a good idea to talk to your mom about it.
