Hold Shift, "+", and hit "~"
A console window should pop up allowing you to input commands.

From there you need to turn cheasts on, so type :
helpusobi 1
and hit enter. Cheat mode should now be enabled.

From there you just type in the commands you want, such as
god
give all
setForceAll 3

etc
