they have. It's now mandatory in schools here that u must take and pass a foreign language to graduate... just so we can communicate with the illegals who are too lazy to learn English in an English speaking country.. I NEVER would have graduated.. Rather than learning how to Speak to illegal lazy people who REFUSE to learn our language, they should be mandating classes such as sex ed or home ec so people can learn how to cook and sew, etc. Or God forbid teach our students how to suceed in college by offering more English or Math classes.. Students now days are VERY unprepared for college.. I know I was..
