you are only 14 you will definetly get taller if you do the following yogic exercises in the order given and this should be done when your stomach and intestines should be empty and this is possible only in the morning before breakfast and after nature call.
.
Do the following yogic exercises everyday and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side and legs become longer)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back and your spine becomes longer)
3. halasan ( stretches your length from navel to shoulder)
4. dhanurasan ( stretches your length from navel to shoulder)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly and stretchs your chest longer & broader )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises
After these exercises drink one cup of milk and eat lots of vegetables , eggs, 1 teaspoon of honey , salted almonds & cashewnuts, peanuts etc. Do all this without fail and tell me after 1 month . All the best.

Don't take it personally first of all, and second, you just have to be a little patient. If you are a guy, guys can keep growing all the way into their 20's! These guys that call you short may see you in 10 years after a huge growth spurt and you'll be taller than them! Same can be true for a girl as well, though it's usually not as dramatic of growth. If you are a girl, wearing platform shoes and high heels can help, but they are not good for your feet to wear all day every day. Learn to love yourself as you are and be confident, and people will see that and you'll be less of a target. : )

Wait until you're 15? :)
You're going to be as tall as you're going to be -- it's determined by your genes more than anything else. As long as you eat a healthy diet and don't do something to "stunt" your growth, you'll grow as tall as you possibly can given your genes. Nothing you can do will change that. There is no way to make yourself taller.
Sorry, but that's how it is. Just be patient. If it's any help, I "spurted" in Jr. High, and was 5'9" in 7th grade -- was the tallest guy on the basketball team. Over the next six years, I then grew...1". That's it. 5'10" now, and have been since my freshman year in high school.
Everybody grows at their own rate -- be patient and let yours happen.

Don't worry, I'm trying to tackle the exact same problem as you. I have short parents and I was worried that I was gonna be short too but I've seen on lots of websites and some ay that only 5% is up to genetics, the rest is up to ypu and you exercise and eating habits.
Eat lots of calcium and protein rich products and make sure you do sports like swimming, tennis and pull ups regularly.
Also remeber to have a balanced diet, this can get your growth going.
By The Way, I can thin of a friend exactly like you at my school and it really creeps me out. Her name is Rioghnach Sachs.

eat well, sleep well, and exercise often. some stretchings work. there are a few options though. hormone treatment is quite common, best to start at young age. the other option could make you a few inches taller but it's going to be a very painful experience, which is going through surgery. for your information, after the surgery you won't be able to walk for a year or so.

short ain't a bad thing, kid...one of the biggest people i met was short and scrawny, but he had a ton of heart, and could make really big mean nasty guys back down...it is all in the attitude. not that he went looking for trouble, and he didn't have anything to prove, he was just mature enough to know that he didn't have to back down...it is all in how you fill your space, wrens do it all the time. (so study wrens and birds for a spell and find out a mystery)
