I haven't been to any concerts lately nor listening to loud music.

It's called tinnitis and can be caused by numerous things.
If it's something you have all the time, you probably need to have your ears checked out and maybe even a hearing test done.

Sounds like tinnitus. Some people can develop it after an illness or with age. it's due to the deterioration of the tiny cilia in your inner ear. It can also develop if you accidentally take too much aspirin (ASA).

It is called tinnitus and there is no cure for it. You do need to see an ENT doc though to be sure things are ok other wise and then see an audiologist for a complete hearing exam to be sure you don't have any hearing loss from it. It is common and often doesn't have a cause.

It may only be excessive wax in your ear. But don't you try
to clean it out yourself--Its down too far and needs a special
cleansing solution plus a nurse or doctor to clean it out.

go to ear doctor it may be infection. also hold back on head phones awhile till you are checked out.

i would go see a doctor, it sounds like you have damaged ear drums
