Do gay managers get invited to company's formal parties?

Or do they just don't show up or get dragged along by someone they know.

They should be invited because they are an employee of the company if they do not get invited then they can sue the company for discrimination

They're still managers. Why wouldn't they be invited? Society is a little more progressive than that!
