Never heard of them...I assume if they are flushable then they won't clog the tiolets.

Using sanitary pads in the US is no different from using them anywhere else. 1. The toilet in the plane should have a sanitary bin for you to use, if not then put some disposable bags into your hand luggage to take into the toilet with you and put them in there until you can find a bin. 2. No, you cannot dispose of sanitary pads in the toilet, they are not flushable - this is try for all sanitary products, they are too bulky and do not come apart in the water like toilet paper does (disposable pads normally also have plastic backing), so when flushed they can block toilets and block pipes (it costs billions a year for local water authorities to unclog pipes clogged up with things like tampons, pads and liners). Wrap it up in a plastic cover or toilet paper than throw into the bin.

Only use them if your plumbing is in GREAT condition. They work great but I personally don't like paying the plummer--I would not recommend flushing
