And I dont smoke in the car... so no to that too.
I have actually seen someone drop a McD's bag out their door at a red light, i jumped out and handed it to them through their sunroof and said 'You dropped something'.
Unbelievable!

I hate to ascertain clutter insects. Why might want to human beings favor to stay in a global with garbage contained in the streets and everywhere? I %. up quick food garbage, beer bottles etc. that were tossed on the aspect of my backyard each of the time. It in no way ends. Littering fines must be higher to assist decelerate the littering of thoughtless those who do merely not care.

No! But people who do throw butts out also are the type that:
a) do not signal turns
b) talk on the phone rather than drive
c) take 15 minutes at the McDonalds drive thru to order
c) keep their kids in the front seat unbucked
So i give litterbugs a wide berth, because they are dangerous and ignorant.

No...and no. I always wanted to have a pack of cigarettes to light...just to throw butts back into those cars that do that though. : )
