I absolutely LOVE the X-Files, it is my favorite show of all time. I just love watching David Duchovny, looking sexy, and solving all those unexplainable cases. Gillian Anderson is awesome also, of course. Everything about the X-Files is brilliant, I never, ever, ever, ever, get tired of watching them. It will live on forever as one of the greatest series of all time.(Plus, I definitely have a different mindset, ideas and just how I look at things after watching them, they really make me think different then everybody else, too.) I heart X-Files. The Truth Is Out There. =)

Great series... perfect mix of horror, sci fi, and detective genres. And of course, excellent chemistry and writing for David and Gillian.

I loved the first few years then the conspiracy stuff got to be too much. Instead of focusing on the weird phenomena, they were putting all this energy into explaining the cigarette smoking man, Fox's sister, the aliens, etc. Plus the last season (or was it 2?) was a waste of time witout David Duchovny! He was awesome!

The first seasons, where you never knew what weird thing they were going to investigate, were the best. Oh, but I truly loved that one Christmas episode with Lily Tomlin and Ed Asner as ghosts who were trying to trick Scully and Mulder into a murder/suicide. That was great!!
