The important thing about UOP is that they don't accept students who are not currently working. Through applying what you learn to your job, you should be able to build up accomplishments on your resume in addition to your degree. So the person above who said they wouldn't respect a degree without experience is absolutely right, but you won't get a degree without experience at UOP.

It boils down to experience! If you come in for an interview and all you have accomplished is a degree through UOP then they probably wont consider you a good canidate. But if you have job experience & the degree then I think that it would help!
