It does snow in California. The Central Valley and The coast rarely get snow though. That is because the elevation, and the coast is kept warm by the water. Last winter it snowed in the Central Valley for the first time in several years.
But the Sierra Nevada mountains and other high elevation spots receive snow. In fact, you sometimes need chains to get through a freeway from Nevada to California.

It has snowed in every city in the United States except for Hawaii and the Florida keys. It has even snowed in Los angeles and San diego but of course probably not very much.

It does. There's more to California than the coastline. It doesn't snow on the coast because the prevailing winds are off the ocean which serves to temper the temperatures. That's also why the UK is so mild in relation to its latitude.

some dude on here said it doesn't snow in Hawaii & he's dead wrong, it does snow on Hale Akala and on top of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea..... don't know anything about Florida but I've heard there is freezing sleet and frost there at times and they get their crops ruined by the extreme cold front that attacks them from time to time
