Highly unlikely. I am saying this because if you have been taking the pill regularly, then your body is not ovulating. That is how the pill prevents pregnancy, it generates hormonal levels that stop the body from ovulating (releasing the egg for fertilization). So I would seriously not worry about it. A lot of people say that it is possible if you don't take it on time etc etc but I don't believe that old wives tale. I would say don't worry about it. I would worry about it however, if I missed a day and just felt too scared to admit it though.

the pill is time sensitive, and should be taken every night at the same time. When you do mess up one pill it does decrease the effectiveness of the pill for a full cycle, you may want to use condoms for the rest of the month. Read the information provided with your birth control pill, it will give you an idea as to what to do when you miss a pill (most are take two the next day at the regular time)

As for pregnancy it is always possible, even the pill itself isn't a sure fire way to avoid pregnancy. The pill is only 99% effective when take properly.

It depends how long you have been on the pill for but if you still took it the same day as you were supposed to you should be ok
