Once while on vacation, my wife decided to have a bath in the hotel room's bubble jet tub. This is after I had already fallen asleep. She poured some bubble bath into the water and pushed the air activated switch to start up the jets. I finally woke up to her screaming at me and there were bubbles everywhere (the tub was actually in the main part of the room). What had happened was that the air activated switch didn't work properly and had to be pushed very quickly for it to work. It took us about 3 hours to scoop up and disolve all of the bubbles.
