Heat the temp of the tank up to 85 degrees, and add 1 tbs salt(any kind) per gallon of water in the tank.

This works for all fishies, I use it because it is cheaper than buying meds, and is much less harmful to all fish.

You don't specify what type of pleco. However, raise the temp of the tank a couple of degrees and add aquarium salt, about a tablespoon per gallon for ick. NOT TABLE SALT, it will kill your fish. You can use Melafix and Methylene Blue also for slower results.

Good Luck

go and buy some ick medication and raise your tank temperature to 80 degrees i would'nt go much higher that that, also i would keep your tank temperature at 80 all the time that way you wont get ick anymore, ick prefers colder water and also stressed fish have more of chance of getting ick
