I feel he doesn't want really to talk to me. And I don't know how to apologize to him. I know he cares for me deeply and I care for him deeply too. I screwed up. I want to tell him I'm sorry. I do Love him.

there is always a solution for any problem. don't be upset.
i think you said that you are good friends and sweetheart. if it is true there is no problem for you. just say " i am sorry" and have a warm hug. this is called " jadoo ki jhappi" here in india. this alone will suffice.

Do anything you need to do to get his attention. Then, apologize from your heart. You may have to do this many times to get him to realize you truly mean it.

just tell him straight out what you are feeling and what you are apoligizing for. ask him to forgive you and tell that u didnt mean it.
