Assuming that the temperature and pressure of the atmosphere are at STP, then the volume is a ratio of 22.4L per mole of substance. 4g of CO2 is 0.0909moles, so the volume is 0.0909 x 22.4L = 2.036L

Depends on the "stretch" of the balloon and the temperature.

The volume will depend on the pressure which will depend on how resistant to stretch the balloon is. The pressure will be set by the vapor pressure of the CO2 which is a function of temperature.
