It may be the most common debilitating human ailment, but it isn't the worst one. I'd have to say a cold heart is worse than cold feet.

hmm, maybe they could rephrase it to say something like 'lack of courage' instead of cold feet. cold feet makes you think of marriage. lack of courage could relate to many many things.
