Bored and start diet I'd put on 3 kg but happy that school has reopen on 3rd or Jan so at least my son will be in school for a few hours and I get a peaceful half day before he comes home and I'm still looking for my childhood friend : NANCY ONG !!!

So far it's ok although my surgury wound healing is holding up my bike riding for another 2 weeks. The summer is here and the weather is perfect grrr.
