The Pulaski Blue Jays were a professional minor league baseball team in the Appalachian League. They were an advanced rookie affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays professional major league team.

In September 2006, the Toronto Blue Jays announced that they would drop the Pulaski team from its minor league roster

The team’s hometown was Pulaski, Virginia, USA. Pulaski is about 265 mi (425 km) southwest of Washington, DC and 220 mi (350 km) southwest west of Richmond, Virginia. The closest major city to Pulaski is Roanoke, Virginia which is about 50 miles to the northeast.

The Pulaski Blue Jays played in Calfee Park. Calfee Park opened in 1935 and has a capacity of 2500 fans. A number of houses that surround the park have good views of games. The director of stadium operations is Dave Hart and the head groundskeeper is Gary Martin

Pulaski's minor league team was Appalachian League's champion in 1948, 1969, 1986, and 1991.
