I have always just given the gas drops to my baby straight out of the medicine bottle. That ensures that they get all the medicine, and don't decide to stop drinking halfway through the bottle. Good luck with that, I know how rough a gassy baby can be.

if you babe is good at taking it then give it to her that way cause then you know shes getting all of it, but if not then do it the formula way but only in a little bit or even give it to her in water, cause if she doesnt drink the whole thing chances are she didnt get all of it, and its more effective if she gets the whole .3 of it

i always give it to my son striaght. if your child is really gassy, esp at feeding time, have you considered changing his formula? your baby may be lactose intolerant. my son had gas almost 24/7 for the first month of his life until i chagned him to soy formula

I always gave them the drops right on the tongue..that way you don't have to guess if they got it from the bottle and it can start working asap.
