no but there's also estroleve...
black cohosh is a common ingredient and i just did a big
research paper on it. should be tried before hrt.
to see if it helps relieve the symptoms of that particular woman.

I found it to be only mildly helpful. I had a hysterectomy with ovary removal so I had "instant" menopause. If this is the case I swear by Estratest. Rx only it has estrogen and testosterone. This would not be appropriate if you have not surgery.

Yes but then I went through the change pretty easily.But if you have mild hot flashes this could help you too.
