Despite what people say about TV being uneducational, and bad in general, there must be some positive things about it. So, what are they? The only thing I can think about is entertainment.

Only stupid people find TV "uneducational". I have learned something new from every show I ever watched.
There is TLC, PBS, learn a language by watching foreign shows. TV is a tool and like every tool if the user is dumb then the can never create.

Tv can be educational, my bf's dad watches discovery, national geographic, etc all the time. It is also something that brings us laughter and tears. It lets us feel and forget about things that otherwise we would be obssesing about. Television can be very beneficial, it depends on keeping it in perspective.

no not realy it a big waste of life even the good movies.
the only one good thing is to watch some boring news to see whats goin on

They have "off" buttons. That's definitely good!
You can stack your books on them. That's another good thing.
