Maybe next time someone says a storm is coming 10 days in advance then they won't need school buses.

School buses are not much help if you don't have drivers, or a system of picking up passengers.
And it also doesn't help if everything you own is diestroyed, and emergency relief agencies have been gutted by your inept republican president.
