if you work 40 hours a week and get paid once a week
8 * 40 = $320 a week
$320 * 52 = $16,640 a year
10 * 40 = $400
$400 * 52 = $20,800 a year

for 8 dollars an hour: if you are working full time (40 hours a week) 8 x 40 = 320 a week, and 320 x 52 = 16640 a year before taxes
for 10 per hour:
10 x 40 = 400 x 52 = 20,800 a year before taxes

Based on a 40 hour work week at 52 weeks a year
$8 hour x 40 = 320 week x 52 = $16,640 /yr
$10 hour x 40 = $400 wk x 52 = $20,800 /yr

Any hourly paid person will be paid according to the number of hours worked. If it is a full time (40 hours a week) job, you can estimate the annual wages by multiplying the total hours worked time the $8.00 per hour. Of course if work is not performed, then you will not be paid; such as, vacation time and/or sick time taken in the first year. Usually you are required to work a full year before you have paid company benefits. Hope this helps.

Not much. Typically for a full time employee, you can estimate your hours by multipying your hourly wage against 2080, the number of hours worked in a year when someone works 40-hour weeks for 52 weeks.
At 8/hr, you get about 16640 total.
At 10/hr, you get 20800 total.

Depends how many hours you work, and how many days.
So let's assume 40 hours a week.........
$8/hr x 8 hours a day x 5 days a week = $320 a week. If you work all 52 weeks, that's $16,640 gross, then deduct all taxes and deductions.

Approximately every $.50 an hour you make will equal $1,000 per year. $8.00 per hour = $16,000
$10.00 per hour = $20,000
This is an approximation
