Lacrosse is a lot like Hockey. Did you know that Lacrosse is Canada's National Sport!!!
This is a great site to help you learn how to play lacross, and another for the rules!
The second website is especially great because it will allow to you choose what rules you want, weather it be for men, boys, girls or women Lacrosse!!!

You have the stick things and you have several different tosses that you do. so you run around and try to throw the ball into the goal. there are a bunch of different positions too. I can't remember too well though.
