Just take out the batteries, wait for a bit and put them back in. This will work for pretty much anything. You might lose some data but at least ur device should be working normally again

DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM..DO NOT TAKE UR BATTERY OUT......

just reset it..
hold the center and the menu button down for about 7 seconds..
it doesnt delete ANYTHING...just resets..

well i had the same problem a week ago and its really easy to resolve it! just leave it there and leave the battery to finish itself (it takes like 5 hours) then connect it again to the power source and done!! luck!
