It's probably a burning urethra mistaken for a vagina, and it can mean a UTI or STD. Get help!

Could be a few things. Could be a yeast infection which is cured easily. Just go to the doctor or to Planned Parenthood to get a check out.

If you let it go, it could get worse!

probably that you have an infection. Most commonly a yeast infection. Are there other symptoms such as thick discharge and itching?

That area is prone to burn and itch. Try some over the counter Vagisil. That will probably help.
