Having strong hands isn't necessary for massage unless your doing deep tissue massage. The school should give you instruction for using your palms, forearms and elbows in massage. If you use your hands only, then you won't be doing massage for long. If you want to increase your grip, get a tennis ball and squeeze it.

In Judo: We outstretch our hands and: open your palms firmly, then clench them as tight as you may. Repeat a hundred cases. this easy workout will strengthen the two hand power and forearms (that's why Judoka have 'Popeye' hands). additionally: Throw a towel over a chin-up bar, grip the towel with the two palms and use the towel to do chin ups. this will additionally strengthen hand power. Plus: you may commence squeezing a rubber ball. steadily strengthen the density of the ball. Then finally use a ball of WAX. you would be stunned how lots this grants you a gorilla grip.

check out your local sporting goods store for a pair of hand grips. they fit in your hand and you squeeze them and they spring back.
