all hair removal will be painful at first but once you get use to it, it will be painless. However, your face is usually more sensitive than other parts of the body so use only products that are design for the face. I use Nad's, their really good because they wash out in water so if you accidentally get some on areas you don't want hair removed, like your eye browns you can wash it off. And you don't need to heat the Nad's wax either.

i would probably suggest waxing. peach fuzz is not ideal for laser hair removal as it is most likely light hair. laser requires darker hair and light skin for maximum effectiveness.

I used to have my face waxed prior to laser for about $25 every 3 -4 weeks.

You could try laser removal, or maybe you could use one of those electric shavers - this may make it come back darker or more coarse though.
