HI!
My parents own a health food store and a lot of women say that taking calcium with magnisium really helps cramps and pms symptoms. The liquid seems to absorb quickiest. Good luck!

Try ginger or chamomille teas. Stay away from salt or sugar cravings. Fruits and veggies help. If in need of medication try alleve or tylenol for women which has a diuretic.

If Midol or supplements aren't working for you....I suggest you see your MD/GYN, and ask for annaprox. It is only by RX, and it stops cramps, and painful periods, without leaving you sedated, or groggy. You actually feel like you are not on your period, which is ubber groovy, if you ask me, since I am allergic to pain. LOL! Ask your doctor for a sample annaprox, you will be sooooo glad you did!
