They targetted, terrorized, and murdered thousands of Americans for decades. They intimidated voters. They assinated civilians. They blew up churches. Yet they are allowed to march under the guise of free speech. Would Al-Queda groups in the USA be allowed to march under the same constitutional right?

Good question.
I don't know.
Freedom to assemble and freedom of speech I guess... but still... your right, they should have been classified as a terrorist group. I never thought about that before.

the most nicely known reason they have the skill to talk their beliefs is that their legal helps are presented by the ACLU. in accordance to the first change, they have the rights to carry public rallies, conferences, and etc. i don't believe of of them as "terrorists". they merely bypass global huge, encouraging to hitch their prolonged relatives. there is not something we are able to do about it. they have the rights to finish that. to inform the truth, White Christian Supremacist crew the Ku Klux Klan has recommended Barack Obama to be the subsequent President of america of u.s.. i'm particular Obama isn't a terrorist. he's an AMERICAN..

This is the reason. The reason the KKK are not classified as a terrorist group is because the government is going after groups such as Al-Qaeda. The kkk terrorize people just like Al-Qaeda, unfortunately, the government doesn't seem worried about domestic terrorism.

Actually, they are considered a terrorist group, but the federal government can not arrest them just for being part of a hate group. I suppose if members Al-Queda marched in front of the White House without doing anything illegal, then the feds couldn't arrest them either.

First, its Ku Klux Klan, but w/e.
I think they are not classified as a terrorist group, because they haven't done much lately, or not bad enough to get in the news.

Ask Democratic Senator Robert Byrd, he was a member(so much for the Republican haters). And Yes, that is a fact. And the KKK sucks a big monkey turd and should be classified as a terror group.

Because they have no influence with America's 'moral majority' or Republican Party in 2007.

They have no political power. Terrorists are only a threat if they politically exert power.

An American President will never seek the votes from members of the KKK. He would risk an African-American backlash and lose the election.

That's a good question seems like they should be.

To: Suited_ST, J Edgar Hoover did say that the black panthers were terrorist. But they were not. J Edgar Hoover was thought to be a racist himself. Black Panthers were about defending themselves. Not lynching people, or burning crosses in their yards, or burning their homes down. The KKK however, were.

Again Black Panthers were about defending themselves, Frankly I think it took blacks long enough to decide to do that.

i really cannot think of anything scarier than to wake up to some goons in white hoods and robes burning a cross in my yard...and i'm WHITE! so it could be: Because they are terrorists.
