Being tall and skinny is the current fad.
Unfortunately , it has lasted quite sometime and probably won't end for at least another 10 to 20 years.
A lot ofactresses are actually quite short- between 5'0 and 5'4- and they have a higher status (well, in my mind) than "Super-models." Not only are they in photoshoots AND movies, their careers last much longer.

supermodels don't create wealth and are wicked ugly. If you really go to a fashion show all of the girls are just anorexic giants with ulgy faces. tall women have problems finding men too. at least ur average

Absolutely! Why should models all be 6 feet tall? I know plenty of really attractive women that are petite, but are never chosen to model because they are not tall. Agencies should definitely share the love, I wish I could be a model, but I'm only 5'2" so I feel your pain.

5'0" here. Yes there should be peitie models, most of the population of women are shorter than 5'7". I also think models should be larger than a size 0 or 2.... 6 is a good size, but thats another question...

Yes! And I also think they should use a wider range of sizes, not just sizes 0-2 and forget about everyone else. HTH : )
