Last I read half hour ago on espn.com: accidental or suicide
My gut feeling is suicide

Haven't heard any cause stated yet. It is likely going to take some time to state the offical cause, unless someone comes forward as an eyewitness. They will have to go through an autopsy, which will include an toxicology test before they will have an offical cause. It was proably an accident. Oh and to the one who said he won the Rose Bowl, he didn't win it. He was on the WINNING team, that is totally different. Come on he missed 3 extra points.

Nothing may be known about the cause of death....but I don't think the man was under any pressure and he won a BCS Bowl Game. He shoulda been very happy up to the moment of his death. So I think it was something accidental (Hopefully).

I think it was a drunken thing. Bottom of a rocky cliff--could've fallen while he was pissing, or play fighting with friends, lost balance and fell.
Just my speculation though. I haven't heard exactly what happened.

i think it will be ruled an accidental death. i dont think he was suicidal, but i dont think someone pushed him off the cliff. thats just tragic right there.
