What exactly is the error will make it easier to help determan the problem :)
In other words what exactly does it say in the error message.

Could be a defective CD or maybe your CD drive is malfunctioning. Try the CD in another Computer if it loads it's your drive....if it doesn't than the CD is defective.

see if the product has a website and go download it from there and put your own product # in that can with the the game.
