true it could cause problems but it is only 50 cents higher than it was before. and a for prices going up its only about 10 cents on average so it aint all that bad. (this is more aimed toward highschoolers like me) because we dont have to pay an income tax (which is our replacement for sales tax) and our wages are higher for the part time jobs we work while in also being highschool students.

i live in Oregon (but i doubt you know where that is) its right above california and below washington

I'm not. Seriously, correct me if I'm wrong, but all I see raising the minimum wage doing is raising prices of everyday products. A large portion of laborers are who get paid minimum wage, and if making stuff costs more, then everything is going to cost more...we shall see. Where do you live by the way?

Too bad there was no draft either! Then the entire nation would be coming to live with Vulgar himself, to share his hefty $8 an hour and free sales tax! Put it all aside pal! You can use it to buy cheap cigarrettes when you're stationed in Iran!!

Inflation and rising unemployment would make me very exited, too.

How exited are you going to be when the minimum wage is $100 ph?

I might have guessed Oregon. I heard that a lot of Californians are moving there and going to build.
