I don't think camber will be your problem. Doing anything like this must be taken to a body shop for final inspection. At that point, camber can be corrected ( as well as safety, suspension, body welds, and anything to low to the ground that will cause trouble).

It's a strut suspension so any lowering will introduce a fair amount of camber change. IIRC the SRT-4 has slotted strut holes which allow for a fairly wide range of adjustment.

I must say that a drop that big is going to make it ride and handle like crap though. Strut suspensions really don't like being dropped that much, no matter how cool it might look.
