Betsey Johnson is by far the most "famous" punk fashion designer. She's an artist about her line. But you're going to pay some money for her clothes. Sometimes you can find her stuff at TJMaxx or Marshalls. If you go to one of her stores they'll also have sale items that make her stuff more affordable.
