Its hard to answer, the condition is unknowen, your best bet would be to go to a few coin shops if you can, you dont want to go to just one, because that guy might say it's worth 100 and offer you a 100, but its actually work 1500.
A coin dealer will be the best to give you a value.

Never heard of this coin. The only penny / cent coin I know of for the year of 1861 is the Indian head cent.
Unless you speaking of a different country.
